About Us

T.A.C.T., an acronym for Trauma and Casualty Team, was founded by a former police veteran Matthew Lovasz. Following a successful career in law enforcement, Matt became interested in owning his own business in the biohazard and hoarding cleanup industry. After opening his business and quickly building it up into a successful location,  he was recruited by the corporate office as a franchise trainer. There, he spent 3 years traveling the country, assisting new owners with opening up their businesses.

During his tenure at the biohazard company, Matt learned and observed what worked well for business and identified many areas that needed improvement. Taking this knowledge and experience with him, he started his own brand, which he decided to call T.A.C.T.

After spending a year building up his new company, he was at the point where he was ready to franchise the business. His franchise model is built on a foundation of proven strategies along with his improvements to the areas that were lacking at the previous brand. The result is a strong business model that helps his franchisees become successful while meeting as many of their needs as possible for business operations, marketing, and ongoing support.

T.A.C.T. now has 19 locations, with plans of expanding across the US in the future.

When most people think of biohazard cleaning, they think of crime scene cleanup following a murder or other violent crime. However, this is a misconception about the industry. The majority of jobs that T.A.C.T. does are cleanups after a suicide or someone who passed away but was not found right away. T.A.C.T. also does a lot of hoarding cleanouts,  as well as rodent-dropping cleanup and mold remediation.

  • Biohazard Decontamination
  • Meth lab testing and clean up
  • Hoarding Clean Up
  • Mold remediation
  • Odor Removal
  • Tear Gas Remediation
  • Death Clean Up
  • Blood Spills
  • Homicide Clean Up
  • Suicide Clean Up
  • And many, many more

Another misconception about the biohazard industry is that one needs a background in law enforcement to get into the business. While it doesn’t hurt to have a law enforcement background, it is not actually necessary. T.A.C.T. franchise owners have many different types of backgrounds. What they all have in common, however, is that they are determined, driven go-getters with the desire to follow the business plan laid out by the franchise.

T.A.C.T. is currently expanding and has many open territories across the country.
This is your opportunity to partner with a brand that will help you build a successful business in the lucrative biohazard cleaning industry while helping the people in your local community and providing a service that is needed everywhere.

If you are ready to explore owning your own business and want to work with a brand with a proven business model, T.A.C.T. might be the opportunity you have been waiting for. Get in touch with us today to learn more.
