The team worked hard to sanitize an establishment that had a decade long rodent infestation. It was the hottest part of the summer with no A/C in the facility and it didn’t stop them from combing every inch to deeply sanitize and disinfect. Very thorough and finished the job in a timely manner! I will definitively use them again if I need a thorough clean.

Wes and his crew were professional. Timely and sensitive in such a hard situation. The bio clean up made it so much easier to get everything I needed done in the apartment after a tragedy. The bonus was they donated things from the apartment that we weren't going to use to Local veterans in need and that's what our loved one would have wanted. Wes and his team were fantastic when they helped do a hoarder clean up for my uncle. I couldn't recommend these guys and gals more. I told them the things that I was looking for in the house and they kept an eye out for it. If they thought there was anything that I would want to look at, they put it off to the side for me to review. I trusted them 100%, they found money, keys, personal information and they were honest and stacked it all in a pile for me. How do you even begin to thank a company and the people who helped you to start reclaiming your life back?? The professionalism, the compassion, and the empathy these people showed me, was unprecedented. I met them at the doors with tears in my eyes because I was so embarrassed with what they were about to walk into, but an hour later, they had me laughing. They put me at ease while they conquered my “empire of dirt” as Johnny Cash would say. They kept reinforcing that I did the right thing asking for help, that everyone has a story, and that everyone has trauma but it’s how you fight back that really matters. They were able to CLEAN my house out in two days. And by clean out, I mean an entire 40 ft x 8 feet dumpster filled with my trash. AND they cleaned my fridge, bathrooms, oven, walls, dishwasher, corners, hard scrubbed and mopped my floors. They cleaned the areas that I was most ashamed by, and kept reiterating how “it’s no big deal”. I talked with them about what I believed started all of this unhealthy behavior and the life advice and kindness I received, I will never forget. If you are reading this, then you are probably in the same boat I was. Take a big breath, be brave for 30 seconds and ask Wes for help. You can do this. I even took a picture of everyone who worked on my house so I can put it on my fridge. I want to always remind myself of of the people who help me start to live again. These combat veterans have seen TRAUMA, and their advice on how to ameliorate the situation and climb (and sometimes crawl) out of your hole, is something I will NEVER forget. Sometimes you just need someone to jump in that hole with you. Because you see… they have been in a hole just like yours, but they also know the way out. Be brave for just a few seconds and ask for help. You will not regret it for a single second. Oh….. I had a friend over for coffee this morning, something I haven’t been able to do for years. Highly recommend TACT houston. We used them for rodent dropping removal and sanitization. Wes came out same day to check out the job and gave me a quote. He and his team were so kind, professional, timely and did an incredible job in our garage. We were very impressed from start to finish with our experience.
