Mallary Lewis was born in Charlotte and raised in Gastonia, NC. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earning a degree in Studio Art. Mallary built a successful career as a licensed massage therapist before transitioning into nursing, where she most recently served in Emergency Room settings, gaining valuable experience in high-pressure, compassionate patient care.
Thomas Lewis was born and raised in Gastonia, NC. He graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Environmental Geology. Thomas has diverse professional experience in chemical manufacturing, real estate, and residential remodeling, bringing strong technical, problem-solving, and hands-on skills to every project.
Mallary and Thomas married in 2013 and are proud parents to a daughter. Their family also includes a lively household of pets—cats, dogs, snakes, and other reptiles.
Mallary finds joy in gardening and all kinds of creative, crafty projects. Thomas enjoys spending time with friends. Together, the couple loves exploring the North Carolina mountains and giving back to the communities where they’ve lived their entire lives.
